• Remove all construction debris, dust, and trash

• Vacuum and mop all floors (including corners & edges)

• Wipe down walls, doors, and baseboards

• Dust and clean light fixtures, switches, and outlets

• Clean vents, air returns, and ceiling fans

• Wash interior windows, tracks, and sills

• Wipe down shelves, closets, and cabinets (inside & out)

• Remove stickers, tape, and protective coverings

• Polish mirrors and glass surfaces

• Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers

• Wipe down countertops, backsplash, and all surfaces

• Clean sink, faucet, and fixtures

• Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave)

• Remove dust from behind/under appliances (if accessible)

Bathrooms

• Scrub and sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets

• Clean mirrors, glass, and fixtures

• Wipe down counters, shelves, and cabinets (inside & out)

• Remove paint or grout residue from surfaces

• Polish chrome/stainless steel fixtures

Floors & Carpets

• Vacuum all carpets, rugs, and upholstery

• Mop and polish hard floors (tile, vinyl, hardwood, etc.)

• Remove any paint, adhesive, or residue from flooring

Final Touches

• Check for paint splatters and remove carefully

• Ensure all rooms are free from dust buildup

• Deodorize and freshen air

• Final walk-through to ensure spotless finish
