Our team takes extra measures to disinfect and thoroughly clean each area, so you can focus settling into your new space or leaving your old one behind without any worries.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR MOVING CLEANING SERVICE?
Our move-in / move-out cleaning is a deep top-to-bottom service designed to leave the property spotless for the next chapter. We focus on every detail, including appliances, cabinets, and additional areas like basements, garages, and trash removal (available at an extra cost)

General Cleaning (All Rooms)

​

  • Dust and wipe all surfaces (top-to-bottom method: start with ceilings, light fixtures, vents, walls, down to baseboards and floors)

  • Clean doors, doorknobs, trim, and switch plates

  • Clean inside windows, sills, and tracks

  • Vacuum and/or mop floors

 

Kitchen

 

  • Clean inside and outside of all appliances:

    ​

    • Refrigerator (remove shelves and drawers to clean)

    • Oven and stovetop (including burners, drip pans, and under stove hood)

    • Microwave (inside and outside)

    • Dishwasher (wipe down and sanitize interior)

     

  • Wipe down cabinets and drawers (inside and outside)

  • Clean backsplash and countertops

  • Scrub sink and polish fixtures​

Bathrooms

Clean and sanitize shower, tub, and tiles

  • Scrub toilets inside and out

  • Clean sinks and faucets

  • Wipe down cabinets (inside and outside)

  • Clean mirrors, vanities, and fixtures

  • Sweep and mop floors

Living Areas & Hallways 

  • Dust and wipe all surfaces (fans, light fixtures, shelves, vents, blinds)

  • Wipe inside closets and shelving

  • Clean floors (vacuum/mop)

  • Wipe down walls and baseboards

 

 

 

 Additional Areas

 

 

  • Basements & Garages: Available upon request (sweeping, cobweb removal, surface cleaning, floor cleaning).

  • Trash Removal: Additional service – we can bag, remove, and properly dispose of trash/debris left behind.

 

 

 Notes

  • We use a top-to-bottom approach to ensure no area is missed.

  • Extra services (basement, garage, trash removal) can be added for an additional price.
